Mobility grants

The EFL project actively supports the international mobility of young researchers (doctoral students, post-doctoral researchers) in linguistics. These grants aim to strengthen scientific collaborations, encourage stays in partner laboratories abroad, and promote openness to diverse fields of research. By enabling high-level academic exchanges, they play a key role in training a new generation of linguists who are open-minded, mobile, and firmly rooted in global scientific networks. In 2025, four mobility grants were awarded.

Training grants

The EFL project awards training grants to support the development of young researchers in linguistics. These grants fund participation in summer schools, specialized seminars, and technical or methodological training courses in France and abroad. The aim is to promote access to advanced knowledge, in line with developments in international research, while actively supporting the professionalization of doctoral and postdoctoral students.

Master’s Scholarship

The EFL project supports research training at the master’s level by awarding specific scholarships to M2 students whose thesis topics fall within the scientific areas of the project. These scholarships aim to encourage scientific vocations, facilitate integration into partner research teams, and support the first steps toward a possible doctoral degree. The first call for applications will be launched in September 2025 for internships to be carried out in the second semester.
